You’ll learn how to run mini-experiments to dial in what works best for your sleep now and in the future.

During this time you’ll be supported via:

  • Six 45 minute calls (one every two weeks)
  • Asynchronous voice messaging support on Signal or WhatsApp
  • Access to creative resources
