How we do business.
Values
We are motivated by our four values, which guide how we operate, act and provide our service to you.
Curiosity | Integrity | Vitality | Imperfection

Curiosity
Our work ethic is underpinned by a playful curiosity about what makes us humans tick and how sleep plays an important part in healthy ticking.
Integrity
Personally and professionally, we have a deeply rooted sense of integrity. We know talking about sleep can be pretty personal, and we want you to feel comfy chatting with us. We do our best to be open and honest about who we are and what we are about.
Vitality
Sleep is necessary for vitality (at it’s root, quite literally “life”) and we understand and respect how energy impacts our ability to live well. Plus, a healthy zest for life is helpful for how we navigate the challenges of learning more about our sleep.
Imperfection
Finally, it’s the knowledge that we are all imperfect that gives us the freedom to guide experiments in The Sleep Lab. We can all test tiny changes with the confidence that nothing is perfect and everything we try helps us improve our sleep knowledge.
