These two workshops both provide an introduction to sleep health basics, at slightly different levels of engagement. Both workshops equip the team with tips about healthy sleep, a sleep self assessment, and a quality sleep mini-experiment to try out at home.

Your Sleep Series – Six hour-long workshops that can be run as a block, or spread out over (up to) 6 months.

Workshop Information

The workshop series starts with Your Sleep Introduction, is then followed by four workshops: Your Environment, Your Routines, Your Lifestyle and Your Health. The series finishes with Your Choices, which encourages people to keep using the mini-experiment model to take their sleep learnings and continue putting them into practice.

Your Sleep Series – $1200
